This book is based on the teachings of Chinese internal arts instructor Larry C. Eshelman. It presents the principles and methods of Taijiquan that he learned from 1968 to 1970 while living and training with Chinese Master Wong Haibin in Yokohama, Japan. The root system of Wong Haibin's martial arts is Yang Jianhou's Medium Frame Taijiquan.
