AT2527B adopts high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor-controlled miniature benchtop instrument for automatic real-time detection. The instrument uses a 5-inch true-color LCD display, which is operated in a full-touch mode, providing a brand-new instrument interaction experience. The instrument can test 0.0001mΩ~3.3kΩ resistance, 0.00001V~800.000V DC voltage, resistance 33000 display digits, voltage 800000 display digits. AT2527B has the characteristics of high precision, high resolution and ultra-high-speed measurement at the same time, providing 0.5% resistance accuracy and 0.01% voltage accuracy, and the measurement speed can reach 55 times/second. The instrument is used for professional sorting function. It is equipped with a Handler (PLC) interface as standard, and independently outputs resistance HIGH/IN/LOW signal and voltage HIGH/IN/LOW signal, which can fully cope with high-speed automatic sorting system to complete automatic assembly line test. At the same time, the enhanced IO signal can directly drive the power relay and signal relay. The instrument has built-in RS-232C interface and Handler（PLC）interface，Type-Cinterface，LANinterface. The instrument comes standard with general data acquisition software, with its own database function and Excel export function, which can be effectively used for remote control and data acquisition and analysis.
